Wanaka has been home for 17 years, and I’ve spent all of that time working across the local events, film, venue and hospitality scene. I know the area, venues, suppliers and practicalities of bringing an event together here – from the obvious details to the things only a local would know.

With an experienced, practical approach, my job is to keep things moving and make sure everything behind the scenes is taken care of.

For couples who have planned their wedding themselves and want an experienced professional to step in, take over the finer details and run the day.

Execution Only

For the organized couple who has everything lined up and simply needs someone to step in and execute.

We had the absolute pleasure of Anna coordinating our wedding. Anna was incredible from the first moment we contacted her. She was helpful throughout the planning process, answering our many questions over the months.

Closer to the wedding, Anna spent time going over all the details, which really helped pull all the pieces together. On the day, wow! Anna was like a ‘silent ninja’. She was quietly in the background making everything run smoothly. And when problems arose, we were completely unaware because she quickly managed and problem-solved.

Anna was instrumental in bringing our wedding together. From the overall vision down to every last detail, she ensured the entire day was flawless.

From the lighting and seating to the food, décor, flowers and music, nothing was overlooked. She sourced the exact chairs we wanted, oversaw the perfect cake, created a beautiful ceremonial set-up, coordinated restaurants and managed countless other moving parts to bring everything together seamlessly.
